Our Process
Floor Plan Analysis
We began by analyzing architectural plans and blueprints to ensure accurate spatial representation and proportions in our 3D models.
3D Modeling
Our team created detailed 3D models of the apartment interior, including architectural elements, furniture, and decorative items.
Material Development
We developed physically accurate materials for all surfaces, including custom materials for unique design elements like specialty woods and stones.
Lighting Setup
We implemented realistic lighting conditions based on the apartment's orientation and time of day, including natural and artificial light sources.
Rendering & Post-Processing
Using Corona Renderer and V-Ray, we created high-resolution renders that were then refined in Photoshop for final presentation.
Challenges
Creating photorealistic visualizations of spaces that hadn't yet been built required careful attention to detail and close collaboration with interior designers and architects. We had to accurately represent materials and lighting conditions to give potential buyers a true sense of the finished space.
Results
The visualizations were instrumental in pre-selling 80% of the apartment units before construction was completed. Clients reported that the finished apartments matched the visualizations so closely that they felt familiar when first entering them.
